Delivery 

We provide free delivery on orders over £40.

Other delivery options: 

Standard UK - £4.50 (2-4 working days) - on orders under £40

Shipping to the rest of the world is £15.

Please note: import fees may be applicable to international orders including the EU.

We take responsibility for shipping the order, however all import costs , such as VAT duties, and clearing fees are to be paid by the customer should such occur.

Please note that timescales for delivery will vary depending on the availability of the products and your address. Please allow for extra time for deliveries to addresses outside the UK

 

Cancellations

Please get in touch via email info@shelkwear.com if you want to cancel your order. Please note  that the cancellation has to be made within 24hrs from when the order was placed.

     

Returns

Unfortunately, we shall not be able to accept a return if the reason is the error you have made when placing the order (you have a cancellation within 24hrs option) Should you wish to proceed with the return please refer to our Returns Policy:

  • any unwanted item(s) bought from shelkwear.com can be sent for a refund or an 

exchange within 28 days from the day of the order confirmation

  • item(s) hasn’t been worn and has kept its original packaging, tags, and labels
  • email to:  info@shelkwear.com to obtain a Returns Form 
  • the Returns Form has to be filled in and included in the parcel
  • keep the confirmation of postage for your own record (Note: it is not proof of receipt by us)
  • once received, returns are processed within 10-15 working days
  • returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted 

 

Returns of items sent with Free Shipping:

We offer free UK shipping for all orders over £40If you return some items and upon the return of your items the total value falls below £40 we will deduct the shipping cost from the total sum of your initial order.

 

Items considered lost:

We can only consider an item to be lost in the post once 14 days have passed since the original delivery date.

 

Garment Care

Every item comes with care instruction and shrinkage allowance. The guideline provided eliminates the chances of unnecessary damage to the garment. Shelk Wear can not be held responsible for any damage caused by incorrect care.

 

Faulty & incorrect returns

In case of receiving a faulty/incorrect item please follow the following instruction:

  • Take a picture of the faulty/incorrect item 
  • Send it to info@shelkwear.com along with the order confirmation number

All faulty/damaged items must be returned within 10 days of the return confirmation
